    • DAY 1 AIRPORT > NEGAMBO

      Negombo is located approximately 37 km north of the commercial capital of Colombo in Sri Lanka. It is located at the mouth of the Negombo lagoon. The major beach resort in the West Coast is Negombo. The wide sandy beaches and the safe sea are the main attractions of Negombo and it is perfectly located within 7 km from the Bandaranaike International Airport in Katunayake, Sri Lanka.

    • DAY 2 NEGEMBO>PINNAWALA>KANDY

      Travel Duration 02 Hrs.

      After breakfast Transfer to Kandy En route via visiting the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage.

      Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage is the home for young Elephants who have been displaced or lost from their natural habitat, located at Pinnawala village in Sabaragamuwa province of Sri Lanka.       Visit Kandy temple of the tooth relic

      Visit the Temple of the Tooth Relic a UNESCO World Heritage Site which was built in the 16th century as the place of veneration and protection for Lord Buddha’s sacred tooth. Walk through the beautifully embellished passageways and elaborately painted halls, done in red, cream and black.     • DAY 3 KANDY

      Travel Duration 30 min.

      After the breakfast visit the vegetable,fruit market, town center, an arts and crafts center and the vibrant bazaar not far from the lake, which is worth seeing for the diversity of products and its atmosphere. Afterward visit to  Peradeniya Royal Botanical Gardens, located just 5 kilometers from the Kandy City.

      Royal Botanical Gardens

      Visit the famous Royal Botanical Gardens of Peradeniya, which were formed in the early 19th century. Walk through the vast area containing over 4000 species of plants. Enjoy the learning more about the orchids, spices and medicinal plants. Wander down avenues shaded by large and rare trees or bordered by flowering plants. Enjoy seeing the cannonball tree, walking over the wobbly suspension bridge and through the short hedge mazes or even climbing the twisty trees that make wonderful jungle gyms.

      Udawatte Kele Sanctuary(optional)

      You can join for a trekking in Udawatte Kele Sanctuary which is just above the Royal Palace of Temple of Tooth Relic on this day. If you are a Nature Lover the Udawattekele Sanctuary which is a verdant nature reserve located within the district of Kandy with a wealth of indigenous and endemic plants.

    • DAY 4 KANDY>NUWARAELIYA

      Travel Duration 03 Hrs

      After getting the breakfast from the hotel proceed to Nuwaraeliya. En route Nuwara Eliya, you can be witness by seen a Finest Ceylon Tea Plantation Field & Factory Visit.

      Tea Factory Visit

      Tea Factory to learn how tea is manufactured in Sri Lanka. You can observe the tea pickers, locally known as ‘tea pluckers’ as they move between the lush green rows along the mountains with their large baskets.Thereafter you will be given a guided tour explaining fermentation, rolling, drying, cutting, sieving and the grading of tea. Finish with a tea tasting process and learn of the history, and why Ceylon Tea is considered among the best in the world.

      Nuwara Eliya

      meaning “city on the plain (table land)” or “city of light”, is a town in the central highlands of Sri Lanka with a picturesque landscape and temperate climate. Nuwara Eliya’s climate lent itself to becoming the prime sanctuary of the British civil servants and planters in Ceylon. Nuwara Eliya, called Little England then, was also a hill country retreat where the British colonialists could immerse in their pastimes such as fox hunting.

      Explore the Beautiful City

      The highland city that was the premium holiday resort town of the British in the 19th and early 20th centuries. Enjoy walking through the streets with their pretty little cottages, quaint villas, and beautiful mansions. Make a memory in the old red-bricked post office as you purchase an inexpensive and colorful postcard to take home or send to your friends. Relax at Queen Victoria Park or on the shores of Lake Gregory.

    • DAY 5 NUWARAELIYA>TISSAMAHARAMA>YALA

      After Breakfast at the hotel transfer to Tissamaharama en route visiting Ella.

      Ella – Paradise with beauty

      Ella is a small village in the highlands of Sri Lanka which is filled with tea estates, mountains, waterfalls and of course with some good air to breath.Lots of people make Ella as one of their must visit destination just to witness the breathtaking views it creates. It is a dream place for many trekkers with some of the best hikes the Island provides. This hidden village got vastly popular among the tourists lately.Views of mist and clouds covering the summits of the mountain range and the morning sun rise in Ella are spectacular scenes to witness and captured.

      In Ella you can see the Ella Gap & visit the Ravana Falls. On the way to Tissamaharama,we can visit the Buduruwagala rock Temple.

      Buduruwagala – The Rock of Sculptures (optional)

      Buduruwagala means “rock of Buddhist sculptures” and is aptly named as there are seven figures carved on the rock. The largest of these is a Buddha statue standing at an impressive 51 feet in a stance known as the “Abhaya Mudra”. The rock on which these images have been carved has an interesting shape – almost like a kneeling Elephant with its head bent towards the earth and is about 300 feet wide and 7 feet high.

      Afterwards we directly proceed  Tissamaharama to enjoy the evening jeep safari in Yala National Park.

      This amazing three-hour Safari offers the opportunity to visit Yala National Park, the second largest in the island based off the Southeastern coast of Sri Lanka. Get a chance to see the famous Sri Lankan leopards, indigenous wild water buffalo, Sri Lankan Sloth Bear and large herds of Sri Lankan Elephants. This park is famous for its elephants seen in all their playfulness, whole herds of them bathing and playing in the water while feeding their babies. The park is also home to many other species of mammals, birds, reptiles, amphibians, fish and invertebrates.

    • DAY 6 Tissamaharama>Mirissa

      Travel Duration 03 hrs.

      After Breakfast at the hotel transfer to Mirissa.

      Mirissa Beach

      Mirissa is a serene beach town flanked by the blue-green waters of the Indian ocean and a pristine stretch of silky sand. The warm and relatively still waters of the Indian ocean during November and April beckons a multitude of whales and dolphins to abide the ocean surrounding Mirissa for a while. While this period is popular for dolphin and whale watching, Mirissa welcomes visitors all year around with its gentle nature and the beautiful coastline, ideal for a leisurely holiday filled with momentous moments of bliss. You can sail the seas, eat seafood, visit nearby sites and relax on a hammock with a tropical drink.     • DAY 7 Mirissa>BENTOTA

      Travel duration 2.5 hrs

      After breakfast transfer to Bentota on the way you can engange with the follwing activities,

      Visit Stilt Fisherman

      Hear the stories of how stilt fishing came to Sri Lanka, from the mouths of the fishermen who have practiced the craft for generations. Learn how the stilt fishing is done in detail and marvel at the level of skill that goes into it. Get some amazing photographs of the fishermen silhouetted against the shoreline at sunset.

      Visit Handungoda Tea Factory(optional)

      Visit Handunugoda Tea Factory which is also known as the Virgin White Tea Factory. Learn the history of the tea that this factory produces. Get to know how the famous Virgin White Tea is plucked and processed completely untouched by human hands. Engage in a tasting session with a delicious cup of tea and scrumptious chocolate cake. Get a chance to purchase some tea leaves as a souvenir.

      Visit Galle Fort and the Old Colonial City

      Discover the city of Galle, where the Portuguese and Dutch made their headquarters, and its secrets. Visit the Galle Fort which is one of the best preserved fortifications in Asia. View the Maritime Museum, Galle National Museum and the lighthouse. Walk through the cobblestoned streets with their Dutch names as you learn more about their histories.

       

      Visit Kosgoda Turtle Hatchery

      Visit the Kosgoda Turtle Hatchery on the Southwestern coast of Sri Lanka. Learn more about the five endangered sea turtle species that come to the shores of Sri Lanka to nest. Learn how the Kosgoda Turtle Care Program helps protect the nests until they hatch and increases the chances of survival for the babies. Get a chance to see, touch and feed baby turtles; or even injured adult turtles that the Turtle Hatchery cares for.

    • DAY 8 BENTOTA - Bandaranayake Airport

      After breakfast at the hotel you can engange with the follwing activities,

      Go on a boat ride in Madu Ganga

      Go on a wonderful two-hour boat ride down the Madu River with its flourishing ecosystem. Pass through the secretive passages created by the mangroves. See the basking crocodiles and water monitors. Visit one of the small islands with its cinnamon harvesting natives. Enjoy the restorative qualities of the famous fish massage. Observe the waterbirds in their natural habitats.

      Do water sports in the evening
